It peoples choice to do what they want. Smoking is a choice Dnt judge for something they choose to do that you dnt do.

I want to clear something up smoking doesn't kill you. If you are alive you have to die eventual choosing to smoke just severely damages your level of health. But the average person doesn't need 100 percent lung capacity to sit at a desk for 10 hours a day.
